Power Platform Community Conference · #PPCC26

Come find your people in Las Vegas.

Women in Power is at PPCC every day this year: a networking luncheon, a Night Market meetup, our headline panel and a careers roundtable. All open to everyone, allies included.

Around fifty women gathered in front of a screen reading “Hi, Women in Power!” at the Power Platform Community Conference
Last year at PPCC. Most of them walked in on their own the first time.

Why bother

A conference is a lonely place on your own

Two hundred sessions, twenty thousand square feet of expo, and rooms where you might be the only one who looks like you. It’s a different week when you walk in with people.

Women in Power is a volunteer-led community of women working with Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools. PPCC is where we all land in one place, so we have something every day, all built around meeting people rather than sitting in rows.

01 Tuesday 27 October Connection day

12:30 – 2:00 PM PT

Women in Power Networking Luncheon

Studio Ballroom, level 1 · our own lunch hall, seats 600

No stage program this year. It’s all about meeting the women you’ll spend the week with.

  • Round tables of ten, with icebreakers and a grounding topic on every table
  • Find your conference buddy to sit with, walk with and cheer for all week
  • A guided LinkedIn moment, so connections get made, not just intended
  • A spotlight on women speaking at PPCC, to help plan your sessions

Open to everyone · add it in the app

Evening · during the Night Market, 5:00 – 7:30 PM PT

Night Market Meetup

Expo Hall and Makers Market, Marquee Ballroom, level 1 · meeting point on the day

Walking into a party alone is the worst. Meet us first and walk in together: drinks, the expo floor and the makers community.

The meeting point goes out in the WhatsApp group on the day.

02 Wednesday 28 October Our headline

2:00 – 3:00 PM PT

Women in Power Panel: Owning Your Power, Claiming Your Seat

Boulevard Ballroom 162, level 1 · featured session, full AV

A moderated conversation with women leading across product, engineering and the community: how the platform is changing, and what it takes to lead while it does.

  • Add it to your schedule in the PPCC catalog, early
  • Last year we hit fire-code capacity, with women sitting on the floor. This year we have a much bigger room
  • Opens with a fireside chat between Danielle Moon and Laura Martelli, then the panel takes the stage
  • Full panelist lineup announced soon

Fills up · schedule it now

10:45 – 11:45 AM PT

Make Your Network Your Net Worth: A Women in Power Roundtable

Room 351, level 3 · small group roundtable

No slides. A small room, real talk, and practical steps before you fly home: growing your network, showing up on LinkedIn, and building a brand that opens doors.

  • Hosted by Danielle Moon, Delia Zuniga and Sravani Seethi
  • Built for questions, not presenting
  • Come with the thing you have been putting off
  • Add it to your schedule in the PPCC catalog

To the allies reading this

Yes, this means you.

Every Women in Power activation at PPCC is open to every attendee. Not tolerated: wanted. Be a good ally by turning up, listening, and introducing someone to a person who can open a door.

Bring a colleague who has never been to one. It’s the most useful thing you can do all week.

What you leave with

Not a tote bag

01

A conference buddy

Someone to sit with all week, so you never choose between an empty table and skipping lunch.

02

Connections that stuck

Made in the room, on LinkedIn, before anyone forgets a name.

03

A shortlist of sessions

Including ones led by women you just met: the best reason to attend a talk.

04

Somewhere to land after

Mentoring cohorts, the Skilling Series, and a community that carries on long after Vegas.

Look for them at PPCC

Meet the Women in Power Hype Squad

We believe in investing in the people who make this community stronger. This year that meant sponsoring five women to attend PPCC, chosen for their mentoring, their part in our skilling sessions, and the way they keep encouraging and lifting up other women.

All week they are the Women in Power Hype Squad. First PPCC or fifth, find one of them if you have a question about the conference, want advice on making the most of it, or would just like to know more about Women in Power. They’re a friendly face in the crowd.

Laser-cut wooden Women in Power badges and stickers on a table, next to Connection Bingo cards

Last year’s table

Laser-cut wooden badges, stickers, and a Connection Bingo card: meet someone from a partner company, hear a speaker say “agent”, find a first-timer. A great excuse to talk to a stranger.

That was 2025. There is more this year.

See you in Vegas.

Add the luncheon to your schedule and turn up Tuesday knowing no one. You won’t leave that way.
